Building the High Road Workplace: Practices & Policies

This is an American Sustainable Business Council event.

Companies across the U.S. are beginning to implement High Road Workplace practices — a mix of improved compensation and benefits, flexibility, participative management, greater transparency, employee ownership, and more. High Road practices boost profitability and shareholder returns while improving the lives of employees and strengthening local communities.

Unfortunately, many employers have yet to take the High Road. ASBC has been working to establish financial and other public policy incentives at the federal, state, and local level. Active business support for policy change is crucial as we enter a new political climate, with a new White House suspicious of the triple bottom line.

Join us for an in-depth discussion of the High Road Workplace: What does it take? What is the payoff? And what incentives can accelerate this crucial transformation to the future of work?
