CALIFORNIA UNION LEADERSHIP SCHOOL

Week-long Intensive Training: March 30-April 4, 2008
Asilomar Conference Grounds, Pacific Grove, CA

The California Union Leadership School (CULS) is a year-long educational and leadership development program designed to enhance skills effective union leaders use every day.  The training takes place through stimulating presentations, exciting discussions and challenging problem-solving exercises. A principal outcome of the school will be the development of collaborative projects in geographic clusters in which participants will be asked to develop strategic plans to deal with the real-life problems that they face in their home regions.
CULS is geared toward senior-level union leaders and staff.  Union locals are encouraged to apply to send teams of participants.
