Insight: Budget Effects On Employment

Budget Effect on Employment UC Berkeley Labor Center released a study predicting that 2010's budget would lead to the loss of more than 300,000 full-time jobs in California. Jeffrey Callison asks Ken Jacobs, chair of the Labor Center and co-author of the study, what impact did the budget really had on employment, and looks at this year's budget.
