Book Talks with Author Marshall Ganz
Join us for a talk by Marshall Ganz, senior lecturer in leadership, organizing, and civil society at Harvard’s Kennedy School and one of the country’s leading voices on democratic organizing.
He has distilled decades of insights into his new book, People, Power, Change: Organizing for Democratic Renewal. Written in the tradition of classics like Saul Alinsky’s 1972 Rules for Radicals, Ganz’s book is both a practical guide on how to reclaim democratic power and an inspiring call for collective organizing as an essential driver of democracy.
There are two opportunities to join the conversation in the Bay Area: Friday, November 15 at UC Berkeley, or Saturday, November 16 at the Alameda Labor Council. Please find more information and registration details below.
