Register now for the High Road Community 2023 Spring Gathering at the Hilton Sacramento Arden West.

This event brings together leaders of the High Road Community from a wide range of sectors, industries and regions to network, problem solve, learn, inspire and rejuvenate.

Deadline to register: May 1, 2023

This is the first in-person gathering of the High Road Community since the start of the pandemic when the community consisted of the 8 foundational partnerships.

It is not a conference, but a gathering – an opportunity to connect, take stock of where we are, find resources, share strategies, ask and answer questions, and help shape the future of high road work.

The 22 partnerships currently funded under the CWDB High Road Initiative represent a wide range of sectors, structures, and stages of development, but all are focused on workforce strategies that apply worker power and employer partnership to build equity and job quality as California makes bold advances toward a pro-climate economy. Your voice, your experience, your ideas, your challenges, and your solutions are critical to the community’s ability to refine and expand this work.

The gathering is open to High Road Training Partnerships funded by The California Workforce Development Board’s High Road initiative, invited speakers and guests. Partnerships are encouraged to bring multiple attendees to take full advantage of multiple resource sessions and caucuses.
