HRTP Promising Practice 2: The Industry Partnership Itself Is A Priority

This brief provides a deep dive into the essential element of a High Road Training Partnership (HRTP) that the industry partnership itself is made a priority. It details a number of promising practices gleaned from the field for how to implement the critical components of this essential element. It also offers some specific examples of where and how these promising practices have been developed from the HRTPs that participated in the California Workforce Development Board’s (CWDB) demonstration initiative.
