About Dilpreet
Dilpreet is a recent graduate from UC Davis, receiving his BA in African-American & African Studies and Gender, Sexuality & Women’s Studies in 2020. During his time at UC Davis, he worked as a community organizer at the Women’s Resource and Research Center, working to promote gender equity and provide education, advocacy, resources, and a safe space that centers the experiences of womxn, transgender, femme, and non-binary individuals.
After graduating from UC Davis, Dilpreet moved to the Bay Area, where he worked as an administrative assistant for the Carl B. Metoyer Center for Family Counseling, a non-profit located in East Oakland that provides system-impacted youth and their families with no-cost mental health services and resources.
At the Labor Center, Dilpreet is the newest member of the operations team and will be serving as a program assistant.
