The UC Berkeley Labor Center two-day Building Trades Leadership Academy will feature presentations, open discussions, and group participatory exercises for building trades organizers and business representatives.

Topics will include:
Economic Trends in Construction Trades
Threats and Opportunities in Job Growth
Labor/Community Coalition Building
Communication Skills: Mentoring Leaders/Public Speaking
CA. Assembly Bill 2358
Leadership Development: Skill Building

Registation:
The two-day training includes materials, a light breakfast and lunch, coffee, beverages, and snacks.

$450 per person
All applicants must complete an application.
