Freshmen, sophomores, and transfer students are prioritized, but all UC Berkeley undergraduates are encouraged to apply!
Learn about the labor movement with Solidarity Spring!
Solidarity Spring is a three-day paid Spring Break program offered by the UC Berkeley Labor Center. Through workshops, events, art, and cultural experiences on and off campus, Solidarity Spring provides UC Berkeley undergraduate students a unique and inspiring introduction to labor and community organizing in the Bay Area. Transportation and meals are included.
No experience in organizing, social justice, or labor is required—just curiosity and a “sí se puede” attitude!

The application will open November 16, 2026, and be open through NOON on February 8, 2027. We encourage students to apply early. Application link coming soon!

If you are a junior or senior interested in getting involved with the UC Berkeley Labor Center and learning hands-on labor organizing or research skills, you may also want to explore the Labor Summer Internship and Labor Movement Apprenticeship Program (LMAP).
