Participation in technology governance

Unions have negotiated roles in overseeing how new technologies are implemented and evaluated in practice. Provisions include monitoring pilot programs, collecting usage data, assessing effectiveness, and recommending program improvements, with common focus areas including telework systems and electronic records.
